We all have at least one Jewish grandparent living in Florida, don't we? Some of us have two. Or four. Really, with the rate of divorce in this country, a person could potentially have hundreds of Jewish grandparents (or at least step-grandparents) living in Florida.
Now, it looks like a group of progressive Jewish people are going where no Jew has gone before in order to save this country from a Palin Presidency: They're going to visit their grandparents!

Apparently, this is the latest cover of Nature Magazine

From the comments on Living the Scientific Life:
The black puppy is preparing for the debate, studiously - good dog. The tan puppy is on his way to the doghouse to hide - baddd dog.

Sex the libertarian love

The creators of wordcount.org describe it as
an artistic experiment in the way we use language. It presents the 86,800 most frequently used English words, ranked in order of commonness.
But as you can see, the top results are slightly boring. However, you also have the ability to search for the ranking of specific words. This is where it gets interesting, because another program displays the list of words others searched for on wordcount.

I say the first word isn't surprising, and the second word is the default, so it probably shouldn't count. The third most seacrhed word, however, I wouldn't have guessed.

Oh no...
I've seen the future, and it's awesome. As long as you've enjoyed the last eight years. And who hasn't? All I'm saying is, who needs a house when temperatures keep rising?
(and I know they asked not to use real names, but I couldn't help myself. Sorry).

And just in case you think I'm being partisan and inappropriate, just click here to look at the facts!
