Did you hear that in Canada sick people sometimes have to come to the US for treatment? Yep. But their government will pay for the trip...

99.9% of us canadians love our system and really resent the american right lieing about it.
I'm sure. A relative of mine works with the British NHS, and she gets really offended by the lies people here are fed by the insurance companies about the NHS.
